Wonderfield Farm & Grove · Floral City, Florida
Where the forest becomes the guide.
Wonderfield is proud to hold the first ANFT-certified trails in the state of Florida — a milestone in the growing movement toward nature-connected wellness.
From the first days of Wonderfield, we understood something essential: the land itself is the healer. Building this place has always been an act of faith — faith that when people slow down, step into a living ecosystem, and allow themselves to simply be present, something profound begins to shift.
Achieving ANFT certification is not a new direction. It is the formal recognition of what Wonderfield has embodied since its founding — a commitment to nature immersion as a genuine path to wellbeing, not a backdrop for it.
"The trail does not take you somewhere. It returns you to yourself."
The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) is the leading global authority on evidence-based forest bathing and nature therapy practice. ANFT certification means our trails have been rigorously evaluated and approved to support guided therapeutic immersion — slow, intentional, sense-awakening journeys through living landscapes.
ANFT's methodology is rooted in decades of research — drawing from Japanese Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) science and global nature therapy traditions — demonstrating measurable benefits for stress, immunity, mood, and cognitive restoration.
Trails are evaluated for ecological integrity, sensory richness, and their capacity to support the ANFT guiding sequence — a structured journey that opens the senses and deepens connection to the living world.
Every Wonderfield nature therapy session is led by a guide trained and certified in the ANFT tradition — holding space for guests to meet the forest on its own terms, rather than moving through it.
Donna Mansbart brought her deep knowledge of nature therapy and her ANFT expertise to Wonderfield — helping us shape these trails into something truly intentional. She led the certification process, walking every path with care, ensuring that what guests encounter is not just beautiful, but therapeutically purposeful.
Donna's work with Wonderfield reflects a shared belief: that nature, given the right conditions and the right guidance, offers us something medicine and technology cannot. She continues to lead sessions on the property, guiding guests into a quality of presence most of us have forgotten how to find.
Access to Wonderfield's ANFT-certified trails is reserved for those who are truly here — guests, participants, and seekers who have chosen to slow down and be present. The trails are not open to casual drop-in visitors.
Experience a private, facilitated forest bathing walk led by Donna — Wonderfield's ANFT-certified guide. This is the purest form of what the trails were designed for — unhurried, sensory, and restorative.
